| New owners, Jamie and Dave, welcome you to the Jamaica Coffee House.
All coffee and expresso drinks are made with certified Fair Trade organic beans from growers in Central and South America and Africa. There's a variety of locally baked goods: scones, sweetbreads, cakes and coffee cakes-- all of them delicious. We serve tea, chai, and hot chocolate, and, during the warmer months, iced tea and coffee, and Wilcox Ice Cream. Our shelves offer a selection of Vermont food products, local maple syrup, apple butter and other preserves, pancake mixes, salsas, and marinades.
The Jamaica Coffee House is a wi-fi hotspot and computer users and their gear are always welcome. Whether you simply haven't gotten wired at home, or you're camping at the Jamaica State Park, or just passing through, we'll help you stay in touch.
We have several shelves of used books available for sale, or simply to read while sitting with a cup of coffee, and our walls will always display a selection of art for sale by Vermont artists.
We currently have a two-bedroom apartment for rent above the shop, available for seasonal or permanent tenants. $700 per month (heat and hot water included). Call either Jamie or Dave at the number listed below.
Open year round, six days, from 7 AM to 5 PM. Closed Wednesdays. Hours vary by season. During ski season we plan to be open later in the evening on Fridays and Sundays.
